Shipping & Sipping
Please note that due to the current pandemic individual orders cannot be shipped to certain areas. Currently we cannot ship to Africa, most countries in Asia, South America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We will add countries to our list of shipping destinations as soon as postal services allow us to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
In the meantime, please ask your trusted local booksellers to stock Journal du Thé. We can still send wholesale orders to most areas.
In case your order bounces after checkout and you see an error page, this is most likely due to your country not being on our list of shipping destinations. In this case, please contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.
Shipping costs vary depending on the country you order from. This is beyond our control but we will always try to find the cheapest fare for you. As a general tip we can say that ordering 1 magazine or 1 magazine + 1 tote bag will keep shipping costs at a minimum (see list of examples below).
